Xheni Cani (Hyka)
Ms. Xheni Cani (Hyka) was born on 02.02.1989 in Tirana. She graduated from the University of Tirana in 2011 (Faculty of Economics) in the Business Administration branch.
Ms. Cani (Hyka) began her work experience in April 2012 in the private sector as an insurance underwriting specialist until February 2014.
Since February 2014, he has begun his experience in public administration, as a specialist in the Support Services Sector, at the State Authority for Geospatial Information until October 2016.
Then, from October 2016 to May 2023, he held the position of Head of the Finance Sector at the State Authority for Geospatial Information.
In June 2023, he was appointed to the position of Director of the Finance and Support Services Directorate at the State Authority for Geospatial Information until April 2024.
From May 2024, he holds the position of Director of the Finance and Support Services Department at the Albanian School of Public Administration.
Also, Ms. Cani (Hyka) is very familiar with the “Financa 5” and “Alpha Platinum” programs.
During these years, he has also been certified as a Training of Trainers (ToT) for Financial Management and Control in Albania, as well as certified in Public Finance Accounting, Internal Financial Control, Public Procurement, International Public Sector Accounting Standards, etc.
Ms. Xheni Cani (Hyka) is fluent in English and Italian.
