Training for other interested employees

ASPA, in accordance with Law No. 152/2013 “On Civil Servants,” as amended, and Decision No. 138 of the Council of Ministers dated 12.03.2014, “On the Rules for the Organization and Functioning of the Albanian School of Public Administration and Training of Civil Servants,” as amended, offers services for a fee.
Specifically, in Law No. 152/2013 “On Civil Servants,” amended in point 4 of Article 9, it specifies that training services are offered for a fee only for:

“Participants of ASPA, selected from civil society, business, or individuals outside the civil service, are required to pay a fee.”

ASPA has now begun to provide paid training services by developing online training courses and classroom training courses.
