The process of integration into the European Union (EU) requires knowledge, commitment and professionalism from the entire Albanian Public Administration. The role of the administration is key in preparing the documentation and all the support processes that will lead Albania towards the EU. In this context, the Albanian School of Public Administration (ASPA) provides training for central government, local government and independent institutions, on general issues related to EU and the European Integration process, as well as specific issues related to different Acquis chapters.
