Master Trainer
Elida Motro-Iljazi is the executive director and founder of "EMI Coaching and Consulting" (www.emi-cc.com), a company dedicated to improving the performance of individuals and teams in the job market in Albania and beyond.
She is completing her PhD in Human Resources at Eisenstadt, Austria (2017-) after studying Human Resources at Cornell University in New York (2009-10) and holding a master's degree in marketing from the Faculty of Economics, University of Tirana (2006-8). As the leader and founder of two of her own businesses (PARNAS Travel & Tour, 1992-1999; and EMI-CC, from 2010 to present), she has served as Director of Human Resources and Corporate Responsibility Director at an international financial institution and as a project manager for USAID, KOEH, DWHH.
Elida has been offering over 25 years of experience in the regional and international market in the field of strategic development of senior management, personnel development, and through special HR programs, to increase the productivity of the return on investment matrix in human assets through skill development, staff retention, communication, and holistic development through workforce diversity.
As a lecturer at Tirana Business College, she teaches courses in leadership, organizational behavior, human resources, and communication, with experience gained also from her work at the University of Tirana's Faculty of Economics. From 2015 to 2017, she worked for the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency, through the program for Strategic Business and Institutional Management in Sweden. She is a dynamic public speaker and has spoken at national and international conferences on business management and human resources issues.
She offers her services free of charge to young people and women coming from state-run shelters.
