Elda Baguca is the Head of the Sector for Training Needs Assessment and Alternative Training Methods at the Albanian School of Public Administration, an institution where she began her journey in 2006, holding various positions such as Finance Manager, Communications Manager, and Training Manager.
Since 2007, Elda has been an external lecturer in the subjects: History of Economics; Introduction to Economics; Economic Theories; Academic Writing at the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences, University of Tirana.
Elda comes from a long experience with various positions in the public administration, including the position of Director of the Directorate of Support Services at the Albanian Investment Development Agency, Specialist in the Sector of Professional Growth Policies of Public Administration at the Department of Public Administration. Additionally, Elda has held positions as Finance Specialist and Head of the Finance Department at the Albanian Radio and Television (RTSH).
