The Albanian School of Public Administration (ASPA) continues to provide sustainable support for public administration, helping to achieve objectives and develop the personal and professional skills of individuals.
In this context, at the end of 2024, the Training Needs Assessment (TNA) process for 2025 was carried out for all public administration employees from the central government, local government, as well as independent institutions.
This assessment process gathered training needs related to the following key areas:
• Basic cycle of work in public administration
• Personal development
• Legal Issues
• Organization management
• Own competencies and delegated competencies
• European integration
• Technology
• Other horizontal issues
In this process, a total of 11,971 training requests were reflected.
